"This Ibis is conveniently located in front of the airport. However, the shuttle only works at a designated windows. When we arrived the shuttle was not available. We called and they said we could walk 10 minutes or take a taxi. They don't offer on-call shuttle. We decided to walk, but the walk goes through a dirt trail in the woods. Other than that, it's a clean property and well maintained. Fortunately, our flight out was within the shuttle window, so we were able to take it."

"Location is perfect for those wanting to be able to make a quick trip into downtown Geneva while still staying near the airport. There is a tram a few blocks from the hotel and the hotel will provide you with a ticket for free transport. The hotel shuttle is a quick ride to the airport. We got there four hours before check-in and were told our room was not ready but we could upgrade for $45 and get into a room. Seemed a bit suspicious and that they could have offered to get a room cleaned as...

"Room clean except wall-mounted hair dryer not working on first day checked in. After reporting it on following day, the Guest Service Officer apologised and replaced it with another hair dyer."
