"I had no idea that they offered a free shuttle from the airport - had I known before / they did a better job of advertising this I wouldn’t have had to walk 25min along the side of a highway in the dark. I also emailed beforehand asking about a shuttle from the airport and never got a response back. The line up was super long when checking in and a friend who was checking in with me had an issue with their booking - it randomly was cancelled? So that was a bit chaotic. "Very Poor Service and Cleanliness Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a disappointing experience. The hotel does not have a restaurant or kitchen, which was inconvenient, especially for travellers who expect basic food or dining facilities. The housekeeping service was also very poor. During cleaning, the staff only changed the bedsheets, and towels, without properly sweeping the floor or removing dirt and dust from the room. Left every rubbish behind. "Die Zimmer waren groß und sauber mit allem, was man braucht. Sie hatten einen Balkon und es gab einen Wasserkocher und Kaffee und Tee. Die Garage sehr eng, mit einem Golf grade so befahrbar. Größere Autos kommen da nicht rein. Personal spricht kein Deutsch, daher weniger hilfreich."
