"Great hotel, easy to get to and from airport using their courtesy bus and then into Geneva on the train from the airport. Room was great, clean, cool in the heatwave and breakfast was great as well. I would use again."

The hotel does not have a restaurant or kitchen, which was inconvenient, especially for travellers who expect basic food or dining facilities. The housekeeping service was also very poor. During cleaning, the staff only changed the bedsheets, and towels, without properly sweeping the floor or removing dirt and dust from the room. Left every rubbish behind.
