"The check in was tremendous. We arrived early ( early flight) and the staff made us feel welcome as we needed a rest. We were asleep by 11:30am! Weather was a little cool for enjoying the pool, but it looked inviting. We were served a glass of port before we retired that evening. And the complimentary breakfast was truly delicious! "

This space would be ideal for one person and not two, not much room to move around in. Bathroom was extremely small and there was mold around the grout... also got extremely humid after you showered. So for us it wasn't ideal and wont stay here again."

"It's an Okay hotel (or hostel) for the price. It's in downtown Lisbon, everything is close to you. Don't expect luxury for the price. But just for sleeping there is ok. Although the beds were not comfortable. We booked the one with the private bathroom."

"Great place to see in old Lisbon. Right down town, but in a quiet section. Walk out the front door to a pedestrian only street with lots of eating options. The room was large and clean. The beds are firm, but comfortable. I was nervous with the check-in being remote, but it was perfect. I received an email the day before and every door is electronic (which is very handy). 3 minutes to one Metro station and 10 to the Train station. Couldn't be better placed!"

"location super relaxing, specially first thing in the morning waking up with birds singing-priceless!! Very comfortable bed and also pillows. Supplied bathrobes but had to ask for slippers. Breakfast was ok, not a massive variety but was enough, a couple of times the eggs looked like was sitting there for long time, but i asked for a fresh ones and that was provided. Staff was somehow ok, not the most polite and informative i have come across, but if you ask a question they will answer you....

"This place was cute. I see the potential. Bathroom is very tiny, but kitchen includes essentials. The location was great. The bathroom ceiling was leaking water from the apartment above. We needed to move to another hotel next day.. The agent was apologetic and responsive, and we got the full refund. Still, our experience was not great and wasted quite a bit of our time."
