"We had difficult communicating with the clean crew, we asked several times for towels and they didn’t know who was the responsible person for it. Also tv won’t work cable service was cut out. Keys always had difficulty to read and we had to replace several times. They changed us for the 3rd person in our room but wasn’t prepared for that, no extra sheets or towels for the 3rd person and the bed for the 3rd person was not appropriate to the charges."

"All communication was in Portuguese and through Expedia which delayed our ability to communicate effectively. That impacted our understanding of their policy to check in at 3pm or inform them before that time resulted in not knowing we lost our room with no refund when we arrived at 11:30pm right from airport. We called the company and language barrier was an issue, make sure to be prepared."

"I would honestly tell anyone to steer clear of this hotel. The only reason I gave two stars to the staff was because the person who checked me in was friendly other than that this hotel is pretty awful. I had breakfast and I took one bite of the sausage and realized it was rotten. The sauna looked like it hadn’t been clean in years. Other than that first staff member, the other staff cared about your experience at the hotel when we brought up some concerns. I’m almost certain I got food poisoning there from the food. Do not stay here."
