The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. If I had know that and that the restaurants were closed most of the time, I probably would’ve gone where it was more consistent."

"The hotel was spotless. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were well equipped and cleaned every day with fresh towels and linen. It is situated directly opposite the tower and cathedral complex but very quiet through the night. First class position for our first time in Pisa. Close to lots of restaurants, bars and cafes Would highly recommend"

"We wanted a quiet hotel away from the city but close to the airport.( 14 km) This was ideal a hidden gem. Beautiful rooms, lovely breakfast. They don't do evening meals but there are plenty of options within a 10 mins drive. It is very rural area. Seems popular with Italian film stars for some reason given the photos in the reception office."

"The apartment was conveniently located close to all the sights and restaurants. It was immaculately clean, very peaceful and we had a good size room which had mosquito mesh at the window meant we could open it. The shared kitchen was great to grab a coffee and gave us somewhere else to sit and plan our days out. The luggage storage room was useful as we arrived before check in time and left afterwards too. It's a very secure place with keypad access."

"This is a charming old palace with lots of personality and the staff all were excellent. It was a welcome overnight refuge from Pisa after our plane was cancelled. Keep in mind it’s primarily a spa hotel with its own rhythms. And the food was delicious if a bit pricey. Also try the gelato shop across the street for the best gelato."

"Für eine Nacht nach der Fährüberfahrt war es ok, mehr würde ich nicht empfehlen. Meines Erachtens keine 4 Sterne wert. Das gebuchte 4 Bett Zimmer, hatte nur 3 Schlafmöglichkeiten (dies wurde aber zügig von 2 netten Herren des Housekeeping behoben). Die Parkmöglichkeiten im Hotel waren ausgeschöpft, als musste das vollgepackte Auto auf der Straße geparkt werden. Im Bad muss man direkt am undichten Fenster duschen, dies war kalt und unschön. Unter der Couch lag eine dicke Staubschicht. Das...
