"Functional apartment close to the beach. Condition of the room was not great. Door locks at bad room and bathroom broken out, doors could not be closed shut properly. Cooking equipment very worn out. There was a dirty sponge and dirty cleaning cloth in the kitchen that I would not clean my dishes with so we bought new sponges and dish soap first thing. Coffee maker looked dirty and on one of the pots the handle was half broken off. Fortunately it didn't break when i used it."

"Io e la mia bambina abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo breve soggiorno presso Villa Carlo Resort. Il personale è molto gentile è disponibile, le stanze molto curate e pulitissime. Lo spazio esterno con la piscina è molto bello e ci sono numerosi spazi in cui potersi godere l'esterno. La colazione è molto ricca e varia, con buffet di pietanze dolci e salate e frutta di stagione. Torneremo sicuramente."

"This is absolutely fantastic place , located in a middle of vineyard, quiet and hidden from the crowd. The host is very helpful and always eager to make your stay better. Everyday we had fantastic breakfast made from home made indredients in the middle of lemon grove. The was also dinner option but we were to short to try. If you have a car the is also near a lot places for totally empty rock beaches ,,, So if you are looking for quite and authentic place - Bagno Spanò is the the best choice...

"Easy parking round the back of the Hotel Breakfast was basic but good. Offered omelettes/ scrambled eggs some mornings! Good coffee with breakfast but can be left waiting for it. Hotel requires the room key to be handed to reception when leaving the premises then collected when you return. ( weird , but caused me no issues ) Free x4 bikes to use, could do with some maintenance but managed to make do. Fridge in room - small but useful. A/C in room very cool Shower / bathroom lovely"

"Exceptional stay in Marsala! Great location—-just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Memory foam mattresses and lots of space! Also a nice rooftop patio. We didn’t get the breakfast, but I believe it was served up there. Communication was clear and easy. Highly recommend!"

"The Hotel is a little out of town but the walk along the sea front is fine to get to restaurants. The reception staff and all others were very courteous and helpful. The room was spotless as were the majority of indoor areas. The pool could do with a bit of an update . It was clean though . The loungers weee not very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, wide range and well presented . The only thing to mark it down is the presence of the owner sitting all day long sprawled in the foyer area....

Schöner Pool in der Anlage mit großem Holzdeck und moderner Outdoor Area. Frühstück mit frischen Produkten, Obstsalat, Brötchen, Croissants, Schinken u. Käse, Marmelade. Aufmerksames Personal, sehr freundliches Willkommen. Abends Möglichkeit im Restaurant zu essen, Reservierung empfohlen. Auto unbedingt empfehlenswert, genügend Parkplätze auf dem Areal,...

"Wow, what a hotel. We had a fabulous holiday. The hotel staff were so welcoming. The roof terrace so peaceful and breakfast in the courtyard under the palm trees. What more could you want. The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Marsala perfect for exploring. A big thank you to all the staff for making our stay unforgettable 🙌👏"
