"Room was clean but had a bit of a damp/mildew smell. Pool with swim up bar was great. Restaurants had pretty good food but was somewhat overpriced.The property was beautiful and we saw many sloths!"

"The stay was overall enjoyable. The views are great, and the property has wildlife everywhere you look. The best sightings were early in the morning or late at night, when things were quieter and the animals were more active. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was consistently friendly. Free breakfast was included and was great. Free guided day tour was also included. Also did the night tour and would highly recommend it. "

The pancakes and french toast were delicious. We didnt have a beach view from the room but could see it from the dining and pool area. It is very close. We loved hearing the crashing waves at night it was lovely to fall asleep to. "

But it was not the hotel's fault at all and they went out of their way to make our stay nice. My suggestion is not to book with Expedia.
