"The property was clean but dated. The room was a great size we had a separate bedroom and sliders off both rooms which was a great feature until the cold front came in. Our luck coldest weather in years in Florida down to the 30’s. Now I know humans have no control over the weather this is handled on a much higher level and Florida doesn’t typically need heat so the suites do not have heat. "I requested a view and I went up on the second floor right near the street and it was very very noisy so I don’t know what happened with Expedia not getting any the room that I requested"

"This init was listed and charge as a luxury suite, that was not what I would call it. Bare essentials, poor water pressure in the shower and bathroom sink. Kitchen listed untensil and in the drawer was packages of plastic gork and knife from some sort of takeout resturant. Very disappointed "

"Check in was delayed. Room was not serviced and when it finally was they left a bag of towels instead of putting them in bathrooms. Amenities and pools did not match the cost."

"Internet did not work the entire time in any of the buildings. I spoke to many guests. So none of the tvs worked. No cable no nothing. They are being renovated but whoever is doing the work is doing an absolutely trash job with everything! It was clean. They do have a lot of cleaning ladies but poorly done!"
