I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the service was inattentive and unwelcoming. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, and any requests were met with indifference or long delays.
The room was poorly maintained — stained linens, a strange odor, and a lack of basic cleanliness made the stay uncomfortable. The amenities were either broken or not as advertised, and the noise levels at night made it impossible to get any rest.
What bothered me the most was the stark difference between what was promised online and what was actually provided. This felt misleading and unprofessional.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are far better options available in the same price range with much higher standards of service
