"Property was very affordable. Have stayed here quite a few times over the years. Rooms are very clean and adequate. La Dorita Parilla is across the street and a good coffee and ice cream place called Alchemy is close by. Check in is virtual which is super easy. You receive a door code for the front door and your room. All the essentials are there in the small kitchen area if you want to cook or reheat something. Bed is comfortable and large. Only two complaints I have the bathroom sink the bowl does not line up with the faucet it’s slightly off center which can make it messy to use because water splashes outside the bowl. Also, the hot water heater is on the roof, hence, of many people are using the shower it takes a while to get the hot water. What I noticed is you had two extremes with this either super cold or hot enough to literally burn you no in between with just good warm water. Establishment is in Palermo area with Districo Arcos shopping close by and probably a 40 minute ride to microcentro and about an hour to the airport due to road construction right now. But for the price it’s offering is very doable and would stay again."

"This hotel is comfortable and friendly. Conveniently, there are all meals available with a lovely restaurant and a beautiful garden patio to sit outside. It's also located so you can walk in all directions to tourist sites, shopping, and eateries. I didn't have the right electrical converter and asked the front desk if they had one. They tried but could not find one. They did suggest a nearby shop where I could buy one. The shop would be closed at that time, so I sat down for a glass of wine at the bar. Talking to the bartender, I said I needed a converter. Well, he had one at the bar he would lend to me. Wonderful! And then, the next day, housekeeping also dropped one off. The front desk did not let go of my want; each and every person I talked to worked on my issue. That was so nice!"

"Our stay at Ilum Home Experience Hotel in Buenos Aires from May 12–24 was absolutely unforgettable. We traveled to celebrate our wedding anniversary on May 14, and thanks to the incredible staff, this became one of the most special trips of our lives. We especially want to recognize the amazing front desk team: Matias, Jose, Martina, Denise, Milena, Gonzalo N, and Gonzalo R. Their kindness, professionalism, local recommendations, and genuine care made us feel completely at home. A heartfelt thank you also to Melanie, Melody, the breakfast team, and the chef who prepared the most delicious chicken soup for me upon request. We are also deeply grateful to Debora and the housekeeping team for keeping our room immaculate every single day and always going the extra mile for our comfort. Special thanks to manager Florencia Gonzalez for the thoughtful champagne gift for our anniversary and the beautiful welcome wine courtesy from the hotel and Expedia. The hotel’s location in Palermo Hollywood is another huge highlight. It is one of the best neighborhoods in Buenos Aires—safe, vibrant, beautiful, and surrounded by incredible restaurants and cafés. Ilum Home Experience is no longer just a hotel for us; it is our home in Buenos Aires. We cannot wait to return."

"There was not wifi for three days which is very difficult to handle when you are in a business trip and I paíd for breakfast, but then if I want eggs I have to pay extra which didn't make sense to me...."

"Puntos extra para el magnifico desayuno, los felicito, hace toda la diferencia!. La ubicacion es buena, no es necesariamente la calle principal en el centro del movimiento pero lo suficientemente caminable para manejarse bien. El cuarto cómodo, la cama cómoda, podrían modernizar un poco el tema baños...volvería? definitivamente."
