"Do not purchase, scam property listing. Booked on 26/12 for 20-21/1 and they constantly ignored my correspondence. A hotel manager tried to contact them for me and they said they couldnt find a booking under my name. The manager then tried other hotels, to no avail. Currently in the process of having this stay refunded as I decided to get a last-minute hotel at a much nicer hotel next to Popeyes"

"Sadly when I arrived to check-in, they couldn’t find my booking, despite having the details on my phone and email. We then had to keep trying to contact the host via the concierge of the building as their communication was very poor. It took over an hour before they eventually told me to go to alternative accommodation about 20 mins away by taxi."

"i was declared no show when i arrived around 12+am. contacts not avlabe past 8pm.
Hard to find actually didn’t find the unit. property address not spicified. Can’t communicate earlier with host as i came from out of country."
