"It was ok but would choose another hotel , rooms are to crammed"

"Clean facilities and great buffet breakfast! Very helpful staff!"

"It is a very comfortable hotel with spacious room. Not too far a walk from Runway Manila if you don’t have big luggage. Breakfast was good."

"Clean room and accommodating staff"

"My stay was in the executive suite which has always been an excellent place to stay. But when I was in the deluxe king bedroom there were a few things that could have been maintained better."

"Cleanliness"

"Good"

"Excellent"

"Less staff in the breakfast room, wait a little longer for our coffee / creamer and utensils like the tea spoons. Follow up with the omelette twice. However the food was very good."

"Room was good and typical of the Copacabana. There are only a few complaints about the place everytime I come here. The WiFi is weak and inconsistent. "Clean, modern and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom has a beautiful space. The staff are helpful and accommodating. The gym has a good view of the pool."
