"It was quite dissapointing that we were late for check-in, but there was not anyone from hotel staff that would have contacted us to keep in the touch. In fact, when we were about an hour journey to arrive at the hotel, the receptionist called to let us know that she'll be out of shift soon and will just leave the room key by the reception counter. I find this very rude as a customer to be treated this way. The hotel management itself should have a replacement staff for the shift changing time...

"Hotelværelse 119 fantastisk dejligt - opgraderet med toiletpapir hvilket der ikke var på det første værelse vi var på.
Fantastisk terrasse med forrygende udsigt.
Kan kun anbefales. Gå udenom de “ gamle” værelser som er ildelugtende og uden toiletpapir.

"Un accueil au top, avec un personnel vraiment à l’écoute et de très bon conseil. Une personne a même pris le temps de nous accompagner pour trouver un taxi après notre séjour sur les îles. Je recommande vivement cet établissement, d’autant plus qu’il est situé tout près de l’embarcadère.
Mention spéciale également pour le restaurant, qui propose de très bons plats, aussi bien pour le dîner que pour le petit-déjeuner.

"I had a great time at the Renai Hotel. The staff at the reception desk were always very helpful. The staff at breakfast were friendly and kept the area clean. Housekeeping was also very helpful and generous."
"De locatie van dit verblijf is ideaal. Vlakbij Long Beach en toch weg van het geluid van het strand. We hadden een kamer met fan. Daar moesten we even aan wennen, maar was uiteindelijk prima. We hebben het nooit te warm gehad. Het bed en de douche zijn eenvoudig, maar prima. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en als we vroegen om nieuw toiletpapier of een nieuwe handdoek, kregen we dat direct.
Ik raad dit verblijf vooral om de perfecte locatie en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel erg aan!"
"What a great place to stay on Perhentian island (Greater)! A real gem. Location is perfect with 3 beaches in walking distance (one right next to the accommodation). We stayed in a seafront view family room and it was amazing waking up to the beautiful view. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfy beds, plenty of pillows, fridge, AC, a big fan on the ceiling. Big screen tv is connected to wifi so we were able to watch some of our favourite programs before bed. Spacious balcony - stepping out of it...
"Super séjour dans les Perhentians. Hôtel bien placé et au calme. Belle plage à proximité. Piscine et petits déjeuners top. Service de restauration très bon même si parfois pas toujours facile de se faire comprendre. Chambres et literies convenables et propres. Salle de bain ayant besoin d'une rénovation. "
"Resort vieillissant, accueil mitigé , peu de conseil voir pas d’info ( notamment quand on a demandé si il y avait un chemin pour rejoindre d’autres plages à pieds, on nous a dit non mais en fait c’est indiqué à quelques pas de la ) .

Les repas proposés le soir sont moyens .
Belle emplacement mais le prix ne vaut pas les services .
Pour le ménage il faut demander à ce que se soit fait .

"Le personnel est très sympa et très serviable surtout Alan, et il cuisine vraiment bien.
La douche est vraiment pas terrible, l'eau coule très très doucement et le lavabo le robinet n'ai pas trop fixer et la porte coulissante est vraiment bien abîmée donc très difficile de fermer la porte.
