"Very convenient for Ezeiza airport after a long flight, with a prompt pick-up provided. Staff extremely helpful and friendly on arrival. A good night’s sleep in comfortable beds in a clean, functional room. Decent options for the breakfast included. All staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout."

"I booked this hotel for a one night stay for my elderly dad and the flight from Atlanta always gets in at 9am and check in is usually until 3pm but I am so grateful they gave him his room right away and he did not have to wait and could catch up on his sleep before continuing his travels the next day! Thank you so much!"

"Ok I was one of the first guests , of course it was clean and new. Be aware there is no staff at night so when I arrived, I could not turn the heat on. It was a very cold night. Little things since it was so new; I could not open any soap or shampoo containers. The breakfast always good and a very nice neighborhood"

"Room was clean and spacious, had a mini-kitchen. WiFi worked very well. Gym was rather small, but did the job. They have heated pool that looked very nice. They offered massage, but be aware you have to book ahead of time. Staff was very nice. They let me store my suitcase for a few days after checkout, while I went exploring small towns of Patagonia."

"I came to the hotel at night to find that my room door was not properly closed. Fortunately, nothing was missing from the room, however, the door must have been unsecured for the whole day since the room was cleaned by the hotel staff. I don’t believe this was intentional, the door had to be pushed hard to secure it, but nonetheless it was not a situation I wanted to be in. "We stayed at Be Hollywood for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was able to accommodate an early check-in approximately two hours before the normal check-in time, which was greatly appreciated after our travels. The front desk staff was also very helpful in providing a plug adapter so we could use U.S. electronics without having to purchase one locally. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. "Honestly, this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in all my travels (I’m on the road internationally ~4 months out of the year, all over the world). The hotel was great and modern, the staff were helpful and fantastic and the location was perfect as a home base. Food at the restaurant for breakfast every morning was delicious and just enough, and convos practicing Spanish with Tania started my day every morning. 10/10"

"This hotel is super expensive. The bed was exceptionally uncomfortable and the mattress should of been thrown out yesrs sgo. It had ruts in it - not Marriott standard. The trattoria was expensive pasta with jumbo serves - us$44 for a bowl of gnocchi Bolognese is crazy. $168 for a caterna malbec i bought in Salta at a restaurant for $70! Next time ill stay in city and get up half an hour earlier"

"Great location and hotel staff was excellent. The bakery that serves breakfast were not that accommodating. The first breakfast we experienced lukewarm coffee and received attitude from the young girl working there when asked for hot coffee. We were charged extra for hot fresh coffee. "The location was well situated in Palermo Soho, safe and walkable. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen, but it would be nice to have for longer stays. The staff was friendly. We would stay again."
