"I was spoiled by years at Lone Pine, Paso Robles was very nice, but not to par with Lone Pine!!!!"

"The owner was very nice. Room did smell when we arrived but we left the ac on and it got better. There are no amenities other than an ice machine. Towels were pretty bad but staff was nice. We booked very late for the state fair and all of our usual places were booked. I wish they had a space to sit outside at night. It’s not the worst places for sure but doubt we will return"

"The staff were all extremely friendly. My pup was welcomed and the rooms were clean. Only thing to note is that the standard rooms don’t have fridges only the upgraded ones do. Will definitely stay again"

There is one particular incident that I did bring up to staff that was not handled appropriately. "It is a great old venue with a little improvement would be a destination. First get better beds. I have to say in all my 68 years by far the worst bed I ever slept on. Also patio looking over vineyard not cleaned or swept so not useful. The truly positives was the amazing friendly staff. Keep them all and give them raises."
