I took a shower and went went out to see a show; when we returned, there was brown goop in the sink like something had backed up after the shower and filled up the sink. Front desk immediately gave us a new room but I’ve never had anything so disgusting at a hotel."

"It was a good location. That's why we chose it. But it was very "bare bones." The soap/shampoo in the shower was awful. There was a smell of smoke even though I thought we had a non smoking room. And when we woke up there was no hot water. It was remedied after my husband went to speak to the front desk. I would say the bathroom.waa clean but the shower has mold in it."
