"The room did not have air conditioning just a pedestal fan. Took a bit to cool off the room with the fan, opening the windows and keeping the door open. Otherwise, a very nice place as well as convenient location for the train station."

"The room was very clean and cool. However, the bed was made a weird way. There was no duvet cover, the uncovered duvet was on the inside and a sheet covering the outside. I had to completely turn it over so that the sheet was next to me. When I went to check out, there was nobody at reception at the Bernina hotel where we checked in. I waited a while but just left the key as I couldn’t wait any longer. The breakfast was basic but adequate."

Mi cadono occhialoni sulle scale , mi accorgo che sono già sul transfer provo tutto il giorno a chiamare il centralino . Sempre in attesa mai una risposta . Avrò fatto 100 chiamate . Assurdo. Morale … occhialoni spariti (rubati). Alla reception candidamente mi dicono che capita e che il telefono era impostato su messaggio di attesa !! Cena ,...

"Nice hot tub, busy hotel with lots of kids. Good breakfast included. Disappointed the sports stations didn’t work as we were trying to watch some Olympic hockey games. Good location -lots of amenities in the area. "
