"Loved our stay at this hotel! We were given a surprise free upgrade to a suite, which was extremely comfortable and spacious. Friendly staff, everything is spotlessly clean and great touches like the filtered water machine on each floor. It’s in a great location between the old town and Kazimierz, easily walkable to both, and on direct train line from the airport. Would definitely recommend."

"I think I was suckered in a little bit by Instagram in all honesty. Yes it is a decent hotel and the price was good however I'd say in reality it was pretty run of the mill and you'd be better being located closer to the old town. "The hotel was fantastic, staff were great and really enjoyed our stay, if I was being picky I would say the free mineral water bottles seem to be topped up in the bedroom daily from a jug rather than a fresh new bottle, the breakfast was amazing, great choices, we never ate in the evening however did try some of the wines, the wines were nice however I think the red polish wine may have gone off but that aside it's a great location with free parking to visit Poland"
