"George,the host was wonderful. However, we had a little issue with leaking bidet and AC. The location was perfect too. Bed can use a bit of topper to make it a bit softer. But the most important thing is we were able to stay together in one place."

My group of four, booked across separate rooms, was informed by the front office that we had club lounge access and were admitted the previous night. "We were expecting some toiletries (basic ones like soap, shampoo and conditioner), none was provided. Water heater not working. Toilet tissue was only half of the roll, not enough. "The room allocated to us was heavily worn out. It was not worth it to be rented out. The lighting are dark. The curtains seems to never have been washed for the last 20 years. No utensils. The toilet super worn out, very ugly. The staff were very juniors, lacks decision making skills and were chatting and unprofessional."
