"This is a lovely hotel and the staff put it over the top. I love staying here."

"The bathtub was old and tiles had mold in between the tiles. The beds were very uncomfortable as the mattresses were sinking. The pull out couch mattress was in terrible condition. Had to ask for new towels everyday as they did not replenish them daily. Paid premium price for a stay that was disappointing."

I really love the bed so comfortable clean kitchen everything was on point no stress at all I would really recommend them and if I can any chance to visit BC I would just come back at the same address near to the malls every thing is just around the corner. Loved it"

"Staff was helpful and check-in was quick. The room was clean. The restaurant across the street was good - the nachos were amazing. Shuttle driver was very helpful and drove us to a closer train stop to get to the cruise ship easier. Rooms were good, service was excellent."
