"My wife and I spent a night here May of 2026. Our hostess was an absolute doll. She was very accommodating and she cooked a delicious traditional Italian breakfast. The room was great, spotless clean, new and modern. The location was ideal especially for its proximity to Path of the Gods. The town of Agerola is charming and very walkable, we ate a fabulous dinner at La Selva Ristorante which is mere steps from Rossy Palace. Highly recommended. "

"Ravello is such a sweet and romantic town. We got engaged here and everything about it was perfect! The locals are proud to tell you about Ravello and it is the perfect spot for a peaceful, restful vacation with some of the most stunning views. You don't have the hustle and bustle of Positano and it isn't crowded. Open Gate is close to stairs that lead you to the center of town. "WOW. Firstly, yes there are 183 steps to the property but the first 107 are straight up and then everything after that is a couple steps with landings and short walks inbetween. There’s also a hill to the stairs BUT they have free luggage service that they provide to help you get your suitcases up to the villa. That being said, the 183 steps are worth the absolutely breathtaking view (pun intended), the staff there are so sweet and helpful, and the rooms were so cute and clean and wonderfully...

"The place is nice, but the service was the worst I’ve had. We booked a triple room, but when we got there, it was a double bed and they said if me and my two kids stayed together in that room, they would call police and told us that the have surveillance everywhere. There was a couple beside us checking in that had a triple room and they were willing to trade with us, and they said no and that they would call police if we traded. I ended up having g to book another room in another hotel for...

"The staff and property were exceptional. A magnificent architectural jewel of the Liberty’ period owned by a retired NATO commander who is a delight along with his son Alex and his mother. The young receptionists are enthusiastic about the town and the myriad of attractions. The only thing that could have made it better was the taxi service. Neither going from the airport by small bus or in the taxi on the way to Sorrento was any a/c but both drivers were courteous and most pleasant. The Villa...

"Helemaal geweldig, Luigi en zijn assistent Renato zorgen voor een uitstekend verblijf. Van het ontbijt in de ochtend tot vervoer wanneer en waar je het nodig hebt, ze staan voor je klaar. Prachtig uitzicht. Misschien een beetje afgelegen, maar wij hebben (via Luigi) een scooter gehuurd en daarmee de hele Amalfi kust rond gecrosst. Gewoon verwend van A tot Z."
