"A lovely oasis in the craziness that is Patong Beach! Staff were excellent and attentive. Great dining options and top entertainment on an evening. Pools were very clean! Just unfortunately we had poor weather. We upgraded our room and had lovely views from the third floor."

"Very good hotel. The staff were extremely accommodating when it came to changing rooms. Our original room faced the street and was quite loud at night, but they quickly moved us to a room on the opposite side of the building, and we slept peacefully after that. We stayed for nine nights, and the room was cleaned daily to a high standard, with coffee and towels replenished each day.
