As we don't have a pool we are just wondering if you posted this review for the correct hotel?

Merci de nous informer de ces petits détails car malgré que votre chambre a été occupée sans aucune interruption depuis début décembre par une vingtaine de clients différents dont un pendant 40 jours et un autre pendant 15 jours personne ne s'est jamais plaint de ces détails.Vous auriez néanmoins mieux fait de nous le dire pendant votre séjour afin que nous aurions pu y remédier de suite, au lieu d'après votre départ.Patong est une ville balnéaire très fréquenté qui compte beaucoup de bars et boîtes de nuits et n'est donc pas une ville calme. Heureusement cela concerne que les chambres les moins chères comme la votre qui sont situées sur l'arrière de l'hôtel près des bars. Les chambres du côté devant ne sont pas concernées.

Hi again Feng Wang,What you write here is completely nonsense. In the more than 18 years that I'm the owner of the hotel I have never ever been in any guest room to fix the wifi for the simple reason that all our wifi systems are in the public corridors and stairs, so no reason at all to enter a guest room. Writing that I'm rude because "I burst into your room while you were inside" is a pure lie as I have never been in your room while your stay.We have fiber optic 1 GB internet connection and that's the fastest actually available in Phuket.(This is a follow up on an earlier review of Feng Wang).

Hi Feng Wong,Even written anonymously I know these reviews are yours and I also know the reason why you wrote that I'm "not friendly". Last Tuesday night around 3 AM you very disrespectfully had taken possession of our reception area without any permission. You pushed away 1 desk to have more space, turned on the fan and sat there in our desk chair as if you were the owner or manager. Seeing this I of course asked you politely and friendly not to sit there because you had nothing to do in our reception butmy request seemed to upset you, probably because I disturbed you in your dream of being a hotelowner. Above this you had exposed a bottle of poppers on our coffee table in sight of other guests and passers by. Poppers are considered a category 5 narcotic in Thailand and even for possession of it you can go to jail.So I strongly recommend you to adept your behaviour into a more respectful way the next time you visit Thailand.

It always gives us a good feeling to know that guests did enjoy their stay with us and appreciated our team's daily efforts to make them happy.The price of 190 Baht might seem a little high, but you get a full American breakfast with juices, coffee or tea plus yoghurt and fresh fruits and we get many compliments for it. The room type you booked indeed is only 18-20 m2, but as I mentioned we also have bigger Suites and Apartments up to 50 m2, though with a higher rate than the Superior rooms. One more anonymous reviewer stating ridiculous things which stroke with reality. Repairs are done almost every day and we absolutely have the funds to do so.

Dear Anonymous, all guests are allowed to use the gym for free, except for "room only" reservations. Apparently you choose this cheaper option which clearly says "no breakfast, no sauna, no fitness". Nevertheless you can still use the gym against a fee.

Your balcony room number was 623. Just look below what a returning guest requested when he made his reservation yesterday. He is coming for the 5th time in 3 years and always requests "your miserable" room 623. Strange, isn't it ? As you are anonymous we of course don't know when and in which room you have stayed, but from your description I understand that you had booked a room in our Annex Wing opposite of the main building. On all booking sites the rooms in these Annex buildings have the mention "ANNEX WING", which you apparently didn't notice while makig your reservation. While your stay you could have mentioned this issue to our front desk and we would have found another room in the main building for you. In case you might make a new reservation with us in the future please know that the "rooms Annex Wing" are not located in the main building , but that all rooms and suites without this mention are located in the main building. Néanmoins, dans nos bâtiments annexes où vous avez séjourné et même prolongé votre séjour, tout le monde est le bienvenu, tout comme dans notre bar/ restaurant. However, if you think that 1400 Baht for a 25m2 room with private airconditioning, private bathroom with hot shower, safety box, Minibar, LED-TV etc, etc is too expensivre in the most busiest New Year's peak season period we wish you good luck to find a better deal in the same period and location in the city center and in the gay area of Patong.
