"The place is nice overall but our room was musky. Like a mildew or mold smell. Water damage on ceiling. Pool was nice and clean and breakfast was great! "

"Stayed for a wrestling tournament. There are no elevators to the second floor. There is smoking allowed in the hotel and someone was heavily smoking marijuana and stunk up my room. When I called front desk about it I was more or less told to deal with it because weed is legal. The room was disgusting. Cobwebs and fluids of some type on wall. Didn’t get room service for new towels I had to ask a housekeeper to get me some. She put some on sink but didn’t bother to take old towels or take out trash. Tried to get in my room before checkout on my checkout day. Food at restaurant was microwaved and the bar didn’t have any stock of liquors or even soda water. Can’t access the restaurant/bar without having to go outside. Horrible hotel, rude staff and got a contact high while trying to sleep. "

"We were told to be extra careful when we showered because the steam could trip the very sensitive fire alarm which we’d be charged $500 for if it went off. Place was clean due to what I imagine is fear of anyone moving or potentially making any sort of action which may trip the Fire Alarm. Mothman did not prophesize this."

"We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. This time, the room had a terrible smell- part musty and part something else. We could not adjust the temperature, so the room was constantly hot and stuffy. Shower / tub leaked. I guess I just expected better for $250+ per night!!!! "

"The hotel says in the description that valet is available for $10. The first night we were informed we could self park due to short staffing and the second night they said they don’t have valet it’s $10 to self park. So not only are they still advertising valet parking but they’re charging the same for you to South Park that they were charging for valet. The facility seems to be getting worse each visit. The showers have grime and what looks to be mold or mildew in several spots. The evening staff on the first night was not friendly and even made a comment about people using third parties to book. The night staff the second night insisted the room they gave us had a couch which I paid for and it took me telling him my husband was in the room now for him to believe me and when shown a picture of the accent chair he suggested maybe it was a sofa chair. We were moved rooms. The water pressure dropped in the middle of the shower. We have stayed here numerous times in the past and it seems the place continues to go down hill. It’s very disappointing."
