"We enjoyed everything about the hotel. The staff were all so friendly and efficient, spacious clean rooms and communal areas, and a convenient location for nearby towns. It was a 15 minute walk to the beach. We were all inclusive and the food was varied, fresh, and really enjoyable. The pool did get a lot busier our last few days as the weekend and school holidays started. Last 2 days there were too many inflatables and ball games in the south pool, which had been quiet. "Booked a studio apartment last minute for 3 nights. Smart hotel, good security. Very friendly staff. Lovely pools as well as an indoor pool. Comfortable outdoor area. Spacious well equipped room, we did end up in a disabled room despite full fitness! Did feel if you were disabled there was only a shower over the bath which was quite high to get into, not a problem for us though. Had a nice meal in the lovely restaurant. Good parking. "

"Het gebouw en de zwembaden worden redelijk onderhouden. Dezelfde gebreken als 2 / 3 jaar terug nog niet gerepareerd. Verder eigenlijk te weinig ligbedden waardoor er weer handdoekje leggen geblazen is als je bij het zwembad wil liggen. Vriendelijk personeel en prima poolbar. Niet geschikt voor minder validen. "

"Die Unterkunft war sehr gut zu erreichen und ruhig gelegen. Auch die Anlage ist sehr schön. In der Wohnung fehlte es nur etwas an Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien. Das Geschirr war sehr spärlich und wir mussten Spüle und Spülschwämme kaufen um abzuwaschen. Das hätte ich doch bei dem Preis erwartet, das dies auch gestellt wird. Ansonsten war alles gut."

"We stayed for over a month, and we doubt with a gentleman by the name of Rui, at the front desk. He was so incredibly helpful, friendly, insightful, and gave us some phenomenal suggestions. No request was too small or too big. His Customer service really made our trip memorable. He gave us ideas for places to go, restaurants, bakeries, local things to do, and if we had any issues at all, they were dealt with, in an expedient fashion! Fabulous room, we upgraded to a two bedroom suite overlooking...

"Very beautiful area, the best in Albufeira, nicely maintained gardens and swimming pools. A lot of kids making any attempt to swim impossible. Would be nice to have one lane in the heated pool for adults. "

"The Property is conveniently located on the Strip with lots of shopping and food options nearby and the beach is 2 min walk. Loved our room which had a beautiful sea view, lots of storage and nice big comfortable king size bed. Overall the property is very clean, great dining options both in the Hotel and nearby. The Staff and service are brilliant. Helpful and very friendly. We booked full board and it was worth every penny. Only wish we could have stayed a bit longer. We'll be back "

"Hotel staff very professional and view is excellent, but the AC in our room refused to work and it stubbornly remained at 24 degree Celsius (75F. ) at night and we couldn't sleep well because the room was too hot. We had to call the hotel twice and waited for about an hour to get an engineer but he couldn't fix it. "

"I stayed here with my daughter and we had an amazing and relaxing stay. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Food, pool, beach all perfect. Highly recommend!"
