I would be perfect if the staff can provide 2 swipe cards per room instead 1. It’s bit hassle to move around the hotel especially with other family member were in different level."

"We booked and paid via hotels.com. Upon checkin, we were asked for a cash deposit of Rp 200,000 which is refundable upon checkout. The room is clean, modern and not small. The bathroom / shower is also quite roomy, not cramped at all. It has a desk + chair, flat screen tv, safety deposit box, air conditioning.
