Great stay

Nice hotel in a quiet street. Had a great stay here. Very nice staff. Had all the stuff i need. Safe, watercooker, great wifi, good shower. The only bad thing a noticed was the last mirning before checkout. The sugarbags contained small ants. Oof. Please replace those!! Also be aware. There is no elevator (I won't deduct point fot that).

房間乾淨，挺寬敞的，有毛巾，沐浴露，可是沒有牙刷提供。位置很好，五分鐘就走到海邊。職員的英文不太好。早餐大概40港幣。

Reasonable guest house as expected for the price.

The hotel is perfectly average which was expected for the price. The room backed on another building to the rear which is exceptionally close to the guest house meaning that it feels very enclosed without any views at all. The rooms to the front of the building are likely to be significantly nicer.

Einfaches Hotel mit guter Preis-Leistung

Das Aya Place liegt etwas abseits in der Pratamnak Soi 6 einer etwas ruhigeren Seitenstraße, dennoch sind es nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand. Wenn man jedoch das Nachtleben genießen möchte, muss man ein Taxi oder Motorradtaxi nehmen. Die 10-Baht-Busse fahren in der Soi 6 leider nicht. Das Hotel ist einfach, die Zimmer eher klein, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut. Zwar haben alle Zimmer Balkon, aber wer die Sonne genießen möchte, sollte ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite nehmen. Bei den Zimmern auf der anderen Seite schaut man leider auf eine Wand. Es sind jeweils 8 Zimmer im Stockwerk, wobei die mittigen Zimmer immer eine Verbindungstür zum Nachbarzimmer haben. Dadurch kann es nachts schon mal sehr laut werden, wenn die Nachbarn sich unterhalten oder den Fernseher zu laut gestellt haben. Das angeschlossene Hotelrestaurant beurteile ich mit sehr gut. Nur der Restaurantservice ist verbesserungswürdig.

Kjempehyggelig personale - alltid serviceinnstilte! Lite, men bra rom - rolig og fin A/C, passe stor balkong, nok vann i dusj, bra mat i restauranten. Minibank og butikk rett ved siden av hotellet - og 7-eleven. Like ved nattmarkedet - ett minutt å gå - uten at det hørtes på hotellet. Fem minutters gange til stranden. Kjempefornøyd til en meget rimelig pris! PS Reiste fra hotellet mandag kveld - hadde bestilt til mandag, men avtalt i resepsjonen å forlenge til tirsdag (for å dusje og pakke før avreise). De glemte rengjøring på mandag (mens vi var på stranden). Når vi skulle gjøre opp for den ekstra dagen ville de ikke ha penger! fordi de hadde glemt rengjøringen... :-)Sånt blir det driks av... Anbefales!

Вежливый персонал,уборка каждый день,хорошая парфюмерия,чистейшее бельё,отличный ресторанчик.Единственный минус до моря 500 метров и грязное море(но чище,чем где либо в Паттайе)Но это не минус отеля.
