Staff fantastic, Beds firm but no problem with that, Hotel a little dated but offers good space and value, Baht bus starts outside so convenient. Water pressure good, hot water good. No Netflix on tv so bring your own smart stick. Good value restaurants especially ‘Tis’ best eggs ever 😁

Big suite with kitchen is perfect for long stay.

Front desk staff and porter were not too friendly but helpful when asked. Housekeepers and other staff were very happy and ready to assist. Housekeepers do a great job cleaning rooms and providing room items (water, shampoo, coffee, etc.) when we declined room cleaning on certain days. This hotel is dated and getting a bit old, but we already know this and it’s fine because we like the big rooms with separate bedroom, full kitchen, living room and full bath with shower and tub.

Great Hotel in a top location. So easy to get around with Baht buses passing by every few minutes. Rooms were a bit dated, but that is the LK oldy worldy style. Rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfy, with a choice of hard or soft pillows to find your best position. Considering the location of this Hotel on Soi Buakhao, there was very little noise, though you may here a distant bar or motorcycle. Nothing that would disturb my sleep. Highly recommend this Hotel 👍👍
