About the cleaning when is like this just have to come and talk with the reception and we will do. About the taxi why you don't request at the reception, we order every day many taxi for the guest

the towel from room is for the room, we tell you that's we have towel on the bar from restaurant for use when you go to the pool . Every missing towel in room yes will be charge.
