Besides at the Sapphire, two bedroom villa, the room itself is very spacious, beautiful pool, and everything you need for a family stay. If I had to say one thing is that it’s hard to control the air conditioner temperature in the room, and there are trash bins missing in the kitchen, other than that - an excellent hotel

Despite the name, this is not an activity venue — it's a true luxury hotel that exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail, the beautifully designed interiors, and the top-tier service. The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly professional, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was seamless and comfortable. Our room was immaculate and tastefully decorated, with high-end finishes that made us feel like we were staying in a five-star resort. Everything — from the bedding to the bathroom amenities — was top quality. The hotel grounds were equally impressive, offering a peaceful and well-maintained environment to relax and unwind. We also appreciated the subtle “mining” theme, which was more about branding and design flair than any kind of literal gem-mining — a clever and classy touch rather than a gimmick. A great hotel, with fantastic facilities. The rooms are amazing, and great for single travellers, couples, or families. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful, and they couldn’t be better. The food on offer was very good, with usual favourites alongside some traditional Thai food that couldn’t have been better. The hotel is a short drive to Pattaya City, which is actually a positive. There is a 7/11 around the corner, but the hotel could benefit from a shop on site for snacks and essentials. Otherwise I couldn’t recommend the hotel more. I will definitely come back.

The people are great, very helpful and friendly, the best of all is May at the reception, think she is a manage/supervisor.. extrem fast thinking, full of solution and very kind and helpful Things that are not "perfect": feel like they are fine with what they reached - breakfast need some "kick", new things like other bread, bigger egg station or on another place, some other dishes, not every day the same, more varities and lil more quality - it´s more then okay, but if you stay longer then 2-3 nights, it´s lil boring. but that is concerning on high level Overall we will come back, nice place to be Thanks

We've been exploring Thailand the past 2.5 weeks and stayed in the 1BR Emerald Pool Villa a few days while in Pattaya. This place is nothing short of AMAZING! The concept of the resort is centered around the mining of precious gems in Africa, so the art/decor, foliage, scenery, even the attire of the main resort staff and concierges are African themed. Every detail of our room was exquisite; from the large, private in-suite jet pool, 15ft ceilings, well appointed bathroom toiletries, hygiene kits, stocked mini bar, robust ambient lighting options (huge for applying make-up and creating ambience), and concierge service directly to our room by dialing 0... at anytime! I loved that housekeeping "turned down" our bed for a romantic evening after an afternoon at the spa, that was such a wonderful touch! The grounds are absolutely beautiful! You'll enjoy the quiet seclusion of your villa and pleasant exchanges with the staff and guests in all the common areas.The food is wonderful! The chef always went out of his way to make vegan dishes for me upon request. So grateful for that! There are 2 fitness centers at the resort; and both are great. The equipment was great quality! The De-Stress Massage was outstanding! In fact, one of the best I've had in Thailand (...and I've had several). You'll have access to great food at the restaurants and so much more. Another nice touch that I loved about the resort was the music - it really enhanced the vibe of our stay overall. 5 stars!
