"We stayed two nights for a concert at Kettlehouse Ampitheatre. After the first night, the staff woke us up by banging VERY loudly on our door around 10 ish. We were sound asleep. On our vacation. THEN the phone in our room started ringing very loudly. I turned on lights and found the phone and called the front desk. There was not a “do not disturb” sign provided for our room. The front desk said that they were just seeing if we needed towels. Really???? If we needed towels we would have asked....

"The water in the tub / shower would not turn off completely. It was leaking water from the faucet and the on /off water temp handle. We went dinner, upon our return to the we discovered water all over the floor. When we contacted desk, they came to the room and stated they had been having problems with the shower. Their comment about the problem “ we can’t get someone in until Monday took at it” their solution , wrap a towel around the leaky faucet handle. As a result we listened to the shower...

"It's about what you'd expect from any Motel 6. Poorly maintained but the AC worked and the bed was comfortable enough and that was about all I needed"
