"The room was very clean and nice. Guest services are troopers to maintain that level and kindness and happiness to the myriad of people coming through. Subtle touches like seeing your family name of the TV greeting you when you come in was very nice. Beds were comfortable. The buses and park attractions are generally very cool so it was nice to be able to adjust the temp to my preference. I slept quite comfortably. "Let me start by saying that the location is a TEN. It’s super close to all things Disney and close to downtown Celebration. This is why we chose this hotel to begin with. The restaurants around the hotel are all great too! The actual hotel itself though is…meh. The rooms and furniture are VERY outdated. The dressers in the bedrooms were all broken, to the point where we couldn’t even use them because they were literally falling apart. None of the bedrooms had clocks, which drove my family nuts....
