"The hitel.does not exist on the pun shown! The hotel owner denied booking and getting any booking money. Hitels.com customer care didnt give us a regund. Agent as well as tge supervisor said openly do you want to, we wonr issue refund."

"Room was in unfinished,resendlly done construction. No tv. In room. No hanger, in closet. Bath room has what’re leak, Dirty toilet water was on bath flat like pond. Each time we use bath room we has to go throw dirty water , I been complains to manger and owner. No response, no correction made, room ..."
