"Excellent staff location and services"

"Its a sound enough hotel for the business traveler but otherwise pretty ordinary. It's in a shabby part of town with no local ameities or attractions worth the bother. The bar is dismal and the restaurant poor. The staff do a good job of making the best of the little they have to wotk with."

"Very clean Amazing, helpful staff. Great views of the city and the ocean. Breakfast buffet has many options but same items everyday. Rooms are not very soundproof. We heard our jet lagged, very loud guests nextdoor every night ,at 3am and 4am … Also nearby concerts every night with loud music which lasted until midnight ."

"Battaramulla is a much underrated destination in Sri Lanka. Near to everything that Colombo has to offer but with its own unique identity and a beautiful lake and wetland reserve area, the town is worth considering as your base when visiting Sri Lanka - and nowhere is more welcoming, comfortable or hospitable than Villa 53. The hosts - Sriyantha and Champie - went way, way beyond the call of duty to make our stay both memorable and productive. Nothing was too much trouble for them or their team...
