"This property was one of dirtiest hotels we have experienced. We booked two nights with them, but we didn’t stay there because when we arrived we noticed how unkempt the outside was kept, trashy and landscaping needed a lot of work. We then asked to see our room, which needed some serious attention. The carpet looked like it had been there since the seventies, looked very dirty and the bathrooms were in dire need of repair and cleaning. I would not recommend staying at this property! "My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff member had an unfriendly and dismissive attitude, which did not make us feel welcome. The biggest issue was the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel, especially on the second floor. Although the property is advertised as non-smoking, the odor was so strong that it gave me a severe headache. The first room we were assigned was also not very clean, and the smoke smell was...

"The pool time for both pools is 8am-8pm which seems ridiculous during the summer. Also advertising a beach, but there isn’t any access to the water to swim. Other than that we had a great time. The staff is excellent!!!!"

"When we checked in, hotel was having computer issues and was unable to issue a room key. So everyone we left and returned, we had to go to front desk to be let back into our rooms. The staff was not apologetic nor sympathetic. If was as if it was our fault we didn’t have a room key."

"My stay was just “okay” when I first arrived I was told my reservation couldn’t be found. Next I was told I have to pay $12 per day for parking in hotel parking lot. Lastly I was told since I’m “only” staying the weekend there will be be no room service."

"The property is a bit dated but not enough to disrupt the quality of the stay. The highlight of the property is Keri and Precious! We were there on a very, very busy week and they worked so hard the entire time we were there. Even when people came to them with hiccups or complaints they did their best to remedy guests concerns (even those that were being unkind). If I choose to stay there again it will be because of those ladies."
