My recent trip marked my first visit to the enchanting town of Pisac, and I was incredibly fortunate to discover a truly beautiful little hotel that greatly enhanced my experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was nothing short of awesome. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and attended to, offering genuine warmth and helpful advice throughout my stay. The rooms were impeccably clean, a detail I always appreciate, and the comfort they offered was a welcome retreat after a day of exploring. One of the absolute highlights was the 24/7 hot water—a seemingly small detail that makes a huge difference, especially after a long day of adventuring in the Andes. Knowing I could always enjoy a warm shower was incredibly comforting. But the true hidden gem of this hotel has to be the stunning terrace located on the fourth floor. It's not just a terrace; it's a tranquil oasis! The views from up there are simply beautiful and incredibly relaxing, offering a panoramic vista of Pisac that allows you to truly soak in the town's charm. It was the perfect spot to unwind with a cup of tea, watch the activity in the plaza below, or simply admire the surrounding mountains. "The only thing that I didn’t like about this place was a sign when you get into your room that say no outside food or drink allowed. Being American travelers having bottled water is a must. They didn’t say anything but the message was off putting. Other than that it was comfortable. "

"I had my wallet stolen by the front clerk. I have an apple tracker in it that chimes, thankfully. Here is the story: I woke up and my wallet was gone. I opened my tracker app and played the chime. The wallet ended up being in the room next to me. I alerted the front desk, we found it, all the money was gone, they said “we don’t know the number for the police station”. I walked two blocks to the police. They kindly accompanied me back to the hotel. The money was magically found in the bed of the room where the wallet was and the police asked me not to file charges since the money was found. In between the cracks, obviously the clerk stole my wallet. Returned my money. And all was well in the end. Still, I wouldn’t dare stay here again. "

"Enjoyed my stay at Indavesa in Calca. The room was comfortable and clean, shower was hot, and the included breakfast was simple yet adequate. I felt it was a good value stay and would visit again. The location is close to the main square in calca with restaurants and local culture to enjoy, also close to the market. Calca is beautiful, check it out if you haven’t already!"
