"The room was clean but that is the only thing that was decent about the place. Check-in time was 4:00 p.m. I arrived early due to travel backup and wanted to make sure I arrived on time. I arrived around 2:15 and sat in the lobby until 4:00, at which time there was a line at the check-in desk. The girl knew I had been sitting there for over 2 hours at this point and didn't bother to come around the corner where I was sitting and let me know. After the line died down for check-in it was around 4:30 and I was told that my room was still not ready. There were other people there that were told the same things and we were all sitting in the lobby waiting for a room. I finally got checked in at 4:50. I stayed there because it was down the road from the Cobb energy center and I was supposed to be a VIP guest and was supposed to be there at 5:00. P.m. needless to say I was very late getting to the show. When I got back from the show at the Cobb energy center I was on the phone in my room talking to my daughter about the show and about the check-in at the hotel. A man knocked on my door and told me to be quiet that people could hear me talking on the phone with my daughter who by the way was on her honeymoon and was telling me about her honeymoon. Everyone there was very rude except for one gentleman walked me to the parking garage to make sure I had parked in the correct spot. I wish I knew his name. He is the only good thing about that hotel!"
