"We only spent one night at this hotel but wished that we could have stayed longer! The suite was huge and had every amenity we needed. It was literally across the street from the King of Prussia Mall and the restaurant beside was a fantastic fondue spot! Parking was easy (and free) and we would stay here again without hesitation."

"Power outage for almost 24 hours. Could have offered a flashlight or something. Why doesn’t a big hotel have a generator? Continental breakfast selection was awful one day. You have out signs for food and when I asked when are you bringing it out your reply was there isn’t any. Then why is the sign up? I asked at 8:28 and breakfast ends at 9:30. Oh and stain on the top comforter."

"We found ourselves in need of an overnight stay when our flight was cancelled at the last minute. What I wanted was a place with an airport shuttle, breakfast, and reasonable priced. We got all that plus great service, friendly staff, and a convenient store right across the parking lot. Breakfast was on the high end of continental breakfast. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, fruit. Coffee machine with options (I like mine plain, dark and it was great)."

"Everything was nice and clean! The staff was amazing!!! I love how I received check ins via text messages and all my questions were answered promptly!! Miss Tenisha at the front desk is hilarious ! She reminded me that I'm here to relax and I better not lift a hand to do anything else lol This was my first time staying at a hotel with my children and we all truly enjoyed ourselves! "This hotel was super easy to navigate and is located right buy all the gates and TSA. We were surprised how quiet it was considering it was in an airport. I was disappointed that the little snack shop seemed to be closed a lot. Staff were super nice."

"The front desk personnel we're excellent. We knew for the price, it wasn't going to be a great place but our power had gone out and we needed a place to stay. They Have a beautiful bathroom mirror with different light settings and everything but they're there wasn't one towel rack or hook in the bathroom to put a robe or shirt. I would think that's just a basic. One little trash basket in the bathroom but none throughout the whole room, Again you would think that's just a basic. The TV was huge...

"Property was well kept. Staff was helpful and quick with responses. good location. Breakfast bar was nice."

"All was great except the breakfast could be better. I went to get hot water for tea but the hot water dispenser had coffee in it. When I tried another water came out but the water was placed in an empty coffee dispenser which made the water dirty. This hotel was near everything we needed."

"Checked into the property and was informed by desk staff that there was no internet nor cable. Could not upgrade us because we booked through Expedia; we would have to pay the difference even though they didn’t provided additional services. No breakfast is served but there is a coffee station in the lobby. Room was small and we realize this is an inn but was smaller than expected. Cannot recommend even though we have previously; it’s looking rather beat."
