Area was ok but noisy and the facilities were poor. Water wasn’t free and the cost of the room was too expensive for the basic of rooms compared to 5* properties we’ve stayed at for less money and free water..

施設利用できず、残念なホテルでした。
今回、屋内プールと野外プール、SPA ジャグジー、サウナがあるという事でこのホテルを選びました。 でも実際には夏はサウナも室内プールもジャグジーもやっていないようで、利用できませんでした。 外のプールは、宿泊者以外も利用できるようでものすごく混んでいました。 利用するには、宿泊者も外から来ても10€、料金がかかるようです。 部屋の空調も良くなくて 部屋に冷蔵庫はあったけど、飲み物が全く無く 部屋でくつろぐという感じではありませんでした。 なぜこのホテルが4つ星クラスなのか？ 理解できません。 事前に利用できる条件の表示が不足しています。 利用可能な期間 有料、ならその金額、 予約の要、不要など。。 もっと事前に表示すべきだと感じました。 室内プールとジャグジーがあったから 高価な四つ星のホテルを選んだのに、ホテルで楽しめないのは本当に泊まった事を後悔します。 このホテルだけではなくて、もっと事前調査をして利用できない曜日や期間があるなら、予約前に共有してほしいです。

The room was functional but clean but it probably is the closest experience I have ever come to staying in a prison from the decoration in the corridors, to the basic minimal cheap food on plastic trays, to the staff indifference, to the heavy security gate on the front of the property. It didnt feel like a 'homely' stay the decor is dated and some of it needs a really good clean and refurb. Saying that, the room was ok bed comfortable and warm, hot water and clean towels

the place was very nice. quiet area out of the city (an hour south of milan). very clean. good selection of items for breakfast. tons of tv channels (though mostly italian). shower was a little small but not too bad. also gated facility. grounds kept clean and neat in the back and pool area.

A lovely stay at Cascina Scova Resort
We spent one night at Cascina Scova Resort whilst travelling to Tuscany. We wish we had have had time to stay more. The resort is set in beautiful gardens, with two swimming pools and an outdoor cafe. There is a restaurant but it was closed on Sunday (the night we were there). The staff were very friendly. We had a small dog with us and it was a lovely touch to find a bed and bowls for him in our room on arrival. The resort is only a few years old and is well maintained. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very nice. The swimming pool and spa area is excellent. I would recommend the water jet massage! The old town of Pavia is very interesting with many restaurants and well worth a visit.

Weekend di relax con la mia famiglia, eccezionale la zona piscina e la SPA, le camere sono confortevoli e la colazione molto varia con scelta di dolce e salato. Consigliato a chi vuole rilassarsi in mezzo al verde de3ll'Oltrepo' Pavese

Arrivée bien passée . Dans la chambre beaucoup d araignées ménage très passable . 2 jeux de serviettes de toilette alors que nous sommes 3 . Hotel à besoin d un bon rafraîchissement. Spa vieillot. Photos non actuelles. Fishpedicure se passe dans un placard et non dans 1 belle salle comme photo. Ménage chambre pas fait 1 fois ils nous changent de chambre !!! Araignées même dans l entrée où il y a de l eau citronée à boire en 3 jours les toiles sont tjrs la donc ménage pas fait .. cadre sympathique . Petit déjeuner.. pas extra .. non rechargé il faut donc arriver les 1 er si on veut des viennoiseries . Oeufs brouillés secs .. pour un 4 étoiles je trouve pas bien .

Great Resort but Disappointingly no Gym
Nice simple hotel in peaceful setting. Great food in the restaurant. Great staff. (English spoken) Spa facilities we good but no gym which is very disappointing - advised I could pay 5 euro to use a 'gym' are but it only had a running machine so wasn't worth it. - why invest so much in a spa resort hotel and not have a decent gym?

È stato un weekend piacevole . La struttura immersa nel verde è apparsa in linea con le aspettative del sito che ci ha orientato alla sua scelta. Una ricca colazione, disponibilità del personale, pulizia, letti comodi, sauna usufruibile: parcheggio gratuito: queste le valide note del resort. Consigliato vivamente!

on a pris une Junior SUITE à 200€/par nuit pour 4 nuits à notre arrivée, on a bien remarqué que la chambre n´etait pas comme dans le catalogue. le plafon cassé, mirroir cassé, des araignées dans le bain, les fenetres ne se ferment pas, et encore des excrements dans la toilet (mais le sceau d´hygiene sur le couvercle). après réclammation à la réception, il nous a montré une autre Suite. Aussi des araigées, le nettoyage faisait déjà longtemps. Pour 200€, vraiment enffronté on a changé à une chambre double, pour une nuit. le lendemain, au paiement, ils nous ont fait une réduction pour la chambre double. mais on été quand meme débordé. a mon avis: à eviter, notament pour les suites.

Camera con bagno per disabili e senza bidet
Ero già stato da solo presso questa struttura e, in occasione di questo viaggio a Pavia con mia moglie, avevo deciso di portarcela, poiché mi ero trovato bene e hanno delle nelle camere con una bella doccia. Peccato dover scoprire al nostro arrivo che la nostra camera era dotata di un bagno per disabili, senza box doccia, si allaga il pavimento inevitabilmente, senza bidet e con dei servizi scomodi. Ho chiesto subito di poter cambiare camera ma mi è stato riferito che la struttura era al completo. Potevano almeno avvisarci in fase di prenotazione, per sapere se ci andava bene.

a lovely retreat from an overcrowded city.
We did not stay long enough to partake in the spa activities. But walked around the grounds and they are beautiful.

We got a great stay at Cascina Scova. Room was just perfect and the Spa also amazing. Surrounding by nature and very quiet it's the perfect place to chill out

This could Be The greatest hotel. The hotel and spa facilities are great but don't eat there. The inclusive breakfast is terrible and one Of The other guests had mould on the cake. We had a meal on the first night. The food was average but the service was terrible, it made Fawlty Towers look good.

Customer service substandard. No assistance for locating local sites. Restaurant staff not proficient - first course took over one hour to arrive...no apology or reason why. Shower was very awkward and leaked onto the floor. Not even a small bar of soap provided. Hair dryer was cheap and difficult to use. Most annoying was the lack of soundproofing... listened to people walking, door slamming and toilets flushing.

Peaceful location
Was attracted by out of town location and spa - which did not disappoint. However, Spa closes too early if you are working all day. Evening food could have been better and it was actually quite expensive for what it was. In addition, it was annoying to be surrounded by staff preparing the breakfast for the next morning whilst eating dinner.
