"Unfortunate circumstances. I booked this hotel for my sister’s wedding, just 2 nights of mostly just somewhere to sleep and get ready and we couldn’t even do that. I had one hour to get ready for my sister’s rehearsal dinner and once you get past the bums wandering the parking lot, the room was an “oh that’s why they hang out here” moment. The pictures online look nice I was shocked, and clearly fooled. I felt bad only one man was running the entire hotel. This is where my frustration comes in:...

"Drove 2 hours to come stay here and go to the beach for a mini family vaca. Read online the reviews and really thought it was going to be outstanding considering paying 350$ got there early to not be able to check in a hour early. (It was over 100 degrees outside) & not one room ready. Then get up to room to not be able to find remote. Thats ok, call the front desk for them to tell me to look myself. Never found it. "I reserved a Double Queen Suite which sleeps 6. The photos showed 2 queens plus a pull out couch in an adjacent room. What I got was 2 queens and in the adjacent room a live seat which was not a pull out. I attempted to call the front desk from the room phone… which had no dial tone and turned out not to be connected to anything… apparently just decorative. I called the hotel on my cell.. I was told that the property has NO pull out beds, and that they have NO CONTROL over what Expedia...

"The studio rooms do not contain a bathtub/shower combo as shown in pictures. Also, housekeeping only comes once a week and was in my room at 9pm. Very strange.
