"They seemed to be short staffed but everyone was pleasant. The pool is pretty small and there was so chlorine that my families eyes burned just from being in the pool area. The hot breakfast items were not good! The omelets way over cooked, the bacon tasted spoiled, the potatoes were just dry, dry, dry. The biscuit for the biscuits and gravy were very hard too. The toilet in our room didn’t flush unless you held down the handle the whole time. The beds were just okay, but pillows were comfortable. I also love that you can watch your apps on the TV. We would stay there again because the terms were clean. "

"Staff was great and went out of their way to accommodate our late arrival and provide refrigeration for fresh flowers we brought for our daughter’s wedding. Room and hotel were very clean and comfortable "

"The beds were terrible. Everything about the hotel was great except the one thing they are really for—to sleep. Terrible mattress. Woke up sore twos days in a row. Could not really sleep. Invest in less amenities and buy some good beds."

"The hallways at night smelled like weed so strongly. In the mornings, it seemed to be fine. Breakfast was mediocre, your typical waffles and cereal fare. Hotel staff was rude when there were issues with the waffle batter dispenser. The room we stayed in had the wrong emergency exit sign, there was no microwave. In my friend's room, she had no coffee pot, but had an extra sitting chair and lamp. Room 133 bathroom door gets so stuck even a grown man had a hard time opening it. There were dirty footprints on the floor, but the bed was so-so, bedding smelled bleachy at least. The pool setup is really weird, it's situated in the middle of a bunch of rooms. Train is very loud, but I'm used to that so that part didn't really bother me. It was a centralized location, that was about the best part. "

"This property is not a regular hotel, which is how it is presented on Hotels.com. This is a minimal, no-frills experience with no amenities whatsoever for people needing an extended stay option. It is a cheaply constructed property. Can feel/hear bedsprings. Low water pressure in shower. Had a clogged drain but they did fix it promptly. Single pane windows so traffic sounds were loud. You get one towel and one washcloth. When you need a fresh set, you take it to the front desk for exchange. No Kleenex. No glasses or coffee machine. No hairdryer. There is a kitchenette but no cookware, plates or utensils. If you know that going in, it is okay. If not, it is an unpleasant surprise. You can find regular hotels for the same cost."
