Residences in Pays de Cruseilles

"Great location"

"Reception was extremely helpful and had lots of information like bus timetables, Geneva etc. Really nice pool too and overall a nice stay."

"No good pictures of the rooms on the webpage. The accomodation was not What We expected Small rooms and a small dirty terrasse."

"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...

"An absolutely beautiful aparthotel, immaculately clean with the highest of standard of facilities and staff."

"Lovely stay and fantastic hotel"

"Great apartment for the price. Comfortable & had everything we needed (wouldn’t have liked to actually cook in there as not much space) Good location close to slopes. "

"Great staff and great facility in ideal location"

"Upon arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. The private underground parking was great for ease of unloading and accessing the apartment. Whilst the apartment was tidy, we found chewing gum on one of the chairs and the furniture was far from comfortable to sit on - although fine if you are just using it for short periods eating. All the basics were there but we would not recommend the kitchen for any serious cooking (Microwave/Combination oven and a small hob). The Wifi was absolutely...

"Excellent access to ski slopes"

"Good value for money, room/apartment is convenient, clean and practical."
