The hotel was in a perfect location, right by the lake with a lovely walk by the lake to the old Town. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was superb with amazing fresh bread, you could smell from the 5th floor. The restaurant staff were particularly friendly and helpful. This hotel is lovely and well located. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the old town and has a lovely Boulangerie in the lobby which is a great alternative to their daily breakfast if you don’t want to attend the buffet. Staff are nice and accommodating and the hotel is clean, well maintained and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is just a few minutes walk from the old part of Annecy. Without exception, the staff were extremely efficient and friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean and well cared for and has very comfortable areas for guests to relax in. We also enjoyed excellent meals in the restaurant, not to mention wonderful views over the lake.

The property is very modern, clean and quiet. It is a short walk to the old town and waterfront. There are many dining options nearby. Breakfast is available from the hotel but there is also a cafe in the lobby that has a variety of pastries and sandwiches at very reasonable prices. We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone planning a visit to Annecy.
