"What a glorious spot! Our lake-view room was beautiful -- lots of light, unbelievable view, super spotless, and a towel warmer in the bathroom (with bath AND shower!!!!) that I wanted to take home with me. Wonderfully welcoming staff and exceptional room service.... can't recommend more highly!!! "

"I did a quick 2 days to enjoy Switzerland while staying in Italy. The facility, shuttle service, food and staff was wonderful! Mr. Abraham at the front desk went far and beyond to make sure my tour to the Glacier 3000 was sorted properly and the van came to the hotel instead of meeting them at the airport. "The hotel was in a perfect location, right by the lake with a lovely walk by the lake to the old Town. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was superb with amazing fresh bread, you could smell from the 5th floor. The restaurant staff were particularly friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself was a lovely space to have a leisurely breakfast "
