"This was by far my favourite hotel during my recent holiday in France. The gentleman on reception was particularly charming and friendly. The hotel decor was quirky and cheerful. Our bedroom was spotless and welcoming. I will definitely return to Nantes. This was my first time here and I truly loved the experience!"

"An excellent modern hotel close to the centre. Garage facilities if you have bikes too. Rooms are contemporary design and immaculate. The bar and restaurant were both excellent and the service received was top notch. Many thanks for a short but happy stay!"

"This is a pleasant and friendly accommodation in a lovely part of France. The duplex apartment we rented was nicely appointed with a super balcony view across the shared woodland and sporting facilities. The pools and other facilities were a short walk away, as was the car park. We had no trouble finding a parking space throughout our stay. The apartment was completely great for our family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids. The decoration was perhaps a bit tired, and we found it difficult dealing with the heat during a very hot May in Pornichet. On arrival we were met by excellent reception staff who made us feel welcome. Throughout our stay reception provided great recommendations for local activities as well as things to do on site. Although there is a Carrefour just 800 metres away, and honestly you could walk into town too, I don’t think you’d want to stay at this accommodation without access to a car - the region has some great attractions to visit. Nantes airport is only 1hr drive and therefore Pornichet is really very easy to access. We love France and Breton culture - I hope we’ll be back soon."

"Don't bother. Exceptionally rude and abusive staff. According to the website, check-in is from 14.00. Room not ready on arrival at 16.30 despite having checked in the day before online as requested and estimated our arrival time to be between 15.00-18.00. First room had cleaning staff in it who were rude when we had the audacity to walk in wondering why the door should have been left open. Second room given had not been cleaned properly, there was litter on the floor and the door lock broke on entry, which prompted the cleaner to shout at me in French in an abusive manner. Third room was missing the coffee machine advertised on the website and the safe did not work. Hotel lift was broken, so we had to carry our bags up the stairs to the third floor. Breakfast buffet would have been good if food was replenished, but this was not done when things ran out so the remaining choice was minimal. Nobody cared. As well as shouting at us, the cleaner also spoke about me in French to the reception staff in an extremely insulting manner in the mistaken belief that I didn't understand what he was saying. Absolutely dreadful, do not waste your money. The male cleaner needs an anger management course, retraining or dismissal; he was absolutely vile towards us."

"Great hotel at a great price; clean and comfortable with lovely helpful staff. Breakfast good value at €11 for an all you can eat continental buffet. The shared kitchen is great for preparing hot drinks/snacks; locker facility is cheap at €8 for 24hrs."

"The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the old town of Le Mans. The staff are extremely helpful and speakexcellent English if required. The hotel has the bonus of being able to pre book a space for the car in their secured underground car park. The hotel is also pet friendly. The A/C did fail in the higher temperature when we stayed, 35°C. We haven't had this problem on previous visits."
