Overall good, we had a nice large room, breakfast was good nice large choice, evening meals not too good and expensive for what you get, reception girls do the cooking which is ready prepared so only needs heating also not much choice, give it a miss

Lovely Hotel

I found the staff very accommodating despite the language barrier. The view from our room was lovely and the breakfast was great. There were trams , busses, taxis and Gare (trains) very near the hotel. The restaurant Thailand Food WAS INCREDIBLE!!

The parking was secure as far as I could tell, but I do not know if the gate checks were adequate as we were not asked when we left to identify ourselves when we left. We are English and it would have been better if the staff serving us had a basic level of English and/or the menus also include English text.

Although the hotel itself was clean and pleasant I found it an insult to be charged 10euros for parking. As a guest I would expect parking to be free. The hotel staff were friendly enough although compared to other hotels their English was extremely limited, being a universal language I would expect them to have a better English vocabulary. Everything considered 3/5.

The only issue was the shower room leaked into the room onto the carpet

Lovely room but drawbacks

Friendly staff and excellent spacious room. Food was terrible and wet room shower flooded into the bedroom and made the bathroom an absolute slip hazard. Receptionist told us it happens in 5 rooms but building was only built in 2018. No one warned us. The food was terrible- not fresh but in pots and main was microwaved. Lovely restaurant area though- it’s a shame. Would like to use the hotel again but they need to sort it!
