"The pictures for this property are very misleading. The place is very outdated and there’s a horrible smell that comes from the shower. On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. Then trying to find the location was very confusing as there were several gates and doors each with their own access codes. Very difficult to navigate when you arrive after sunset. "The place was quite a bit smaller than we anticipated. That is certainly fine, but we had some other frustrations. The couch was clearly white at some point, but was dirty and grungy. We had difficulty with the air conditioner, as it was not marked and we confused for the heater. This could be an American vs. European thing, but because we were not familiar with the unit, it required some communication back and forth.
