"Absolutely fantastic hotel if you want to see the Palace or just wander round Versailles (or both). It's about 3 minutes sedate walk to the palace from the hotel front door. I'd recommend spending multiple days here in order to get the full value out of the palace, gardens and park, especially if you want to do the full experience with Trianon. The breakfast and dining options are good, the staff are fantastic, friendly and multi-lingual, and the hotel itself is also genuinely impressive. The area is full of friendly and welcoming people. There are lots of restaurants in the area, and the patisseries... if you like baked goods, you might need to be dragged out. If you're tall (over 6'4) then the lower ceiling for most of the bathrooms might be inconvenient, but they have full headroom over the shower section."

"Location is excellent, walkable to the Palais and either sides of the town for fine dining. Hotel has an elevator and in and out any time of the day was convenient. Although my room was furnished with modern bathroom fixtures, the drainage was insufficient and the odor was bothersome. But when the Palais smells the same, old drainage, I compromised for the convenience of the location and the reasonable price. I would stay in this hotel again."

"The hotel’s facilities are outdated, and the elevators are excessively small. We had reserved two rooms, but one of them lacked heating and the toilet was not operational. Despite several complaints, the hotel staff attempted to accommodate my family in a significantly smaller room two days later. The food was exceptional, but unfortunately, the other services did not meet my expectations. "
