WiFi was not working making it hard for us to communicate with the driver for the next day. The deposit was not refunded back to me after over a week. Which I was told it would be canceled the following day one no items were as found broken "

Seulement, le personnel semblent un peut à bout des touristes, moins souriant et on dirait qu'on les dérangent"

"PROS: beautiful location, property, and room, large balcony with small kitchen area CONS: Basic service items insufficient or not even available: - coffee maker in room came without supplies; but they sell you coffee pods for 1 Euro ea. at the front desk, twice the nearby store price; - no paper towels or hand tissues available, even upon request (maid told us to 'just use toilet tissue') - getting a towel for the beautiful swimming pool is nothing short off a hassle:...

"The staff was great and the property was as well. The room was lovely and I had a great view of the Carnival parade. I will stay here next time I visit Martinique. Also, they have onsite parking which is beneficial for staying near the parade site."

"The property was well maintained, the staff was very pleasant and helpful! The rooms are pretty spacious, and clean. However, they need to replace the bathing towels, its were not cleaned. Also, there was incident occurred, while I was in the room, staff has entered twice stating that they were asked to come check on the room for cleaning. It was first time, a female, then an hour later, a male showed up. I asked them both why are you entering the room when I have already checked in, and...

"Tout était parfait! La chambre supérieure est superbe avec en prime la petite terrasse privatisée au top. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, bien varié et bon. La piscine superbe avec un bar dans la piscine juste magnifique. Des cocktails au top. Le dîner dans le restaurant le Pitaya juste exceptionnel. Le tout avec un personnel extrêmement sympathique. "L'accueil du personnel très sympathique et ont été très accommodant. On a eu besoin à quelque reprises de leur service et à chaque fois, la réponse a été rapide . L'emplacement est sécuritaire et tres bien situé."

"Les accessoires facilitant tels que, étaient inexistants: papier aluminium ou petits contenants pour ranger notre nourriture au frigo, 2 rouleaux papiers hygiéniques pour 2 adultes c est beaucoup trop peu pour 1 semaine. J ai jamais vue ça auparavant devoir aller porter nos vidanges nous même à quelques rues de la chambre. Dans l annonce nous n avions pas compris que notre balcon était directement au dessus des 3 restaurants ayant un fort volume de musique le soir. Par contre cela n était pas...

"Endroit bien et simple. Bon pour une nuit ou deux. Épiceries et resto tout près. J'aurais préféré s'il y aurait eu des ustensiles, mais c'est bon. Comme la plupart des endroits, la tranquillité dépend de comment silencieux les voisins de chambre sont."

"There is NO beach at this hotel. There is a small , not very nice beach a short distance away but it is NOT a beach for spending any time. The hotel room had an ocean view but also a view of the port, which is the neighbouring property, and the marina. The pool is very small and the chairs around it are few. As far as value for money goes it doesn't match the price. The gym is minuscule and breakfast is NOT included. We had to pay 17 Euro per person for breakfast AND there are no nearby...

"Great property. The studios are well furnished and the small kitchenette is very practical. Super clean and well maintained. Good location, but a bit of a challenge for a walk to the beach due to the steep hill. But It gives you awesome view of the bay and the beach. "
